This year, TSE once again took part in Girls’ Day to give girls the opportunity to choose a career without stereotypes and to promote young talent and diversity in event technology. The aim of this initiative was to give the participants an authentic insight into everyday working life and to provide practical experience in a field in which the proportion of women has so far been below 40 per cent. The girls had the opportunity to practise their technical skills, operate sound and lighting consoles, try out effects and take over the camera work. This allowed them to experience the exciting world of event technology at first hand and gain valuable insights into our varied profession.
